Please tell me about your current job.
I am involved in movie production at Movie Business Division.Specifically, I am taking a role as coordinator to prepare for recording, actual shooting, and schedule adjustment of performers.In the field, Not only checking out equipment preparation and operation, but also adjusting such as meeting with performers.We carefully check to ensure that recording can be done smoothly.
What brought you to join FIVEGATE inc?
It was the chance that my former senior invited me.It was an invitation from a senior who had favor from usual, so I immediately got interested.At first I was worried about challenging work on a new platform called game live movie, but now I am having fun working everyday.
Do you have any a mindset you care about?
I want visitor to feel that it is an interesting and fun video channel for users, so I try to make the atmosphere of the workplace cheerful.I try to persist of work balance the staff as well as with the performers so as not to be too blunt.

What do you think is the attraction of FIVEGATE inc?
Regardless of long brief history of employment, it is a place where everyone in the company is friendly.Even if a new person enters our company, I think that there are many people who are really kind and nice for this company as I see members who are calling out to get started early.
Where are the challenges of work?
Responsive flexibility is essential in recording and real events.I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can withstand such tension and create a good one.Of course, comments from users are also pleased and it will be challenging every day.
What has been the most impressive thing so far?
It is a 5 hour live broadcast with a real event. As the customer actually comes, the preparation time is more than doubled, and there are many uneasy things.Although I felt it ended as soon as I started it, the sense of tension at the work site was more than usual preparation. The sense of accomplishment was great accordingly.

I would like to make all of the services to be handled as represented by "Game commentary".I would like to grow the company by making the most subscribed channels of "YouTube" in Japan and offering a good service.
What kind of person would you like us to join?
It would be great if a person with unbeatable spirit and humble heart could join us.Especially, those who graduate are likely to overlook their own performance and often getting frustrated after entering the company.For that reason, I am welcome to be humble person with a heart that I can not defeat.Experience as a social worker comes when you work, so do not worry about it.
