I am serving as manager at our business domain.Specifically, I focuses on sales management, promotion, and human resource management.To maximize team achievements, I do my best making good relationship among our staff as possible.

In previous position, I worked for a web agency.I joined the our company because I wanted to grow my own website service and make it bigger than before on the other hand creating and delivering the website.

I always try to "keep thinking".In order to grow as a team, the synergistic effect is essential for the organization.For that reason, I am thinking concretely, "How do I get better" considering of each member's fields of expertise.And Not only that, While keeping a sense of speed not to beat competitive sites, we try to keep members trying new challenge.

Assigned as the business manager in the third year.Many good service idea for build up customer satisfaction service, and also accepted the spirit of challenge spiritual, I got a chance as manager of our business division.There are many things I still lack skills, but I would like to contribute to the company with team members
