Please tell me about your current job.
Currently, a flea market application development of kids and baby items.Perform new development, bug fixes and improvements and operational system such as troubleshooting.Normally, I am working while scheduling management effectively.
What brought you to join FIVEGATE inc?
I was interested in the work of SE and programmers and sometimes developed applications outside business hours.Although I enjoyed studying by myself for App development, I decided to change a job to FIVEGATE INC. Because I want to create a service and to offer my service to more people.
Do you have any a mindset you care about?
I am trying to integrate spitrits into service with value.I think that it is also important for SE to respond to inquiries and requests from customers.So, I work on my daily work from user`s point of view.

What do you think is the attraction of FIVEGATE inc?
Our CEO is familiar with our staff.The CEO joins with our employees without any hesitation as stated in his management philosophy.This circumstance ensures that communication is smooth.I think that it is a blessed environment for those with ambition.
Where are the challenges of work?
Now I am involved in the development of the application, so I'm happy if I get a good rating on the "Google Play" platform.However, there are also requests for improvement from users, so it is interesting to try and fix how to improve in the future.It will be encouraging if we receive a satisfied voice after reflecting user request and there is a sense of accomplishment than anything else.
What has been the most impressive thing so far?
It was the first time I was assigned to the application development team. I challenge to in-house recruitment for developing new application services.Although I was studying about application development before joining the company, the required level for business application is different.At that time, there was no developer related to the smartphone application. So I tried quite hard for developing.Although it was a lot of trouble, I could not forget the excitement when I finished my first development project.

I want to be the best bridge SE in Japan.
Please tell me about your dreams to realize in the future.
Actually, I will be engaged in business as a bridge SE in Vietnam for the next one year.Bridge SE is a SE that can instruct not only engineering skills but also cultures and languages between the multi countries, and to work smoothly between them.In addition to the ability of SE, bridge SE needs management and language ability to communicate. Currently the bridge engineers are few in Japan.So, I would like to become an excellent talent as a bridge SE, and to contribute to the overseas expansion of our company and our service.

I would like you to join a person who can broaden your horizons.If I want to do with new idea, it is easy to challenge in our company. On the other hand, sometimes I may insist only on my own opinion because of responsibility.As a result, I am happy that join our company to contribute with diverse company services and to communicate together.
What kind of person do you think is suitable for FIVEGATE inc?
A person who helps as a team.Our company has a lot of unique people, but it is very easy to work with.If you have been communicating with our staffs, you will be able to provide customers with good services.And also, because our members can consider about our partners and associates, I want you to make use of that charm.
